What is Queens Puzzle?
Queens Puzzle: Crown Logic is a free iPhone logic game. Every board is a colorful grid: give each color region, each row, and each column exactly one queen, and never let two queens touch — not even at the corners.
How do you solve a queens puzzle?
By deduction alone. Start with regions that have only one possible cell, mark the squares a placed queen rules out, and keep narrowing. One queen per region, row, and column; no adjacency. Every board has exactly one solution, so no guess is ever required.
Is Queens Puzzle free?
Yes — free to download, and every puzzle is playable without paying. Optional in-app purchases (coin packs and an ad-free upgrade) exist, but they never gate a board.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Boards work with no connection at all; your progress, scores, and leaderboard rank sync the next time you're online.
How is it different from Star Battle, N-Queens, and the LinkedIn Queens game?
It combines their ideas: Star Battle's color regions plus N-Queens' non-attacking queens, with a no-touch rule and exactly one queen per region. The result is a board that always resolves to a single logical solution.
How big do the boards get?
You start at 5×5 and unlock larger boards as you improve — 6×6, 8×8, 10×10, up to 12×12 and beyond.
