These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Queens Puzzle (the "App"). Please read them carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.
3. Your Account & Username
The App creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device. If you choose a username for the leaderboard, it must not be offensive, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove or reset usernames that violate these Terms.
4. Virtual Items & Coins
- The App includes virtual coins and cosmetic items (such as queen styles). These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not transferable outside the App.
- Coins and items are licensed to you for use within the App and may be modified, removed, or expired at our discretion, for example to fix errors or address fraud.
- We may adjust your balances or items if we detect cheating, abuse, fraudulent purchases, or chargebacks.
5. Purchases
- The App offers in-app purchases, including consumable coin packs and a non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Prices are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
- You can restore the non-consumable Remove Ads purchase from the App's Settings. Consumable coin packs are spent in-game and cannot be restored.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms and applicable law; we generally cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Advertising
Unless you purchase Remove Ads, the App displays advertising (including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads) provided by Google AdMob and other third-party ad networks. Optional rewarded ads may grant in-game benefits when you choose to watch them. Where required, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your advertising choices in the App's Settings or your device settings. See our Privacy Policy (available in Settings) for how advertising data is handled.
7. Fair Play & Acceptable Use
To keep the game fair for everyone, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use tools, bots, or modifications to gain scores, coins, or items you did not legitimately earn or buy.
- Tamper with, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App, its servers, or its security measures, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Disrupt the leaderboard or other players' experience, or submit offensive content.
Scores and purchases are validated on our servers. We may reset scores, remove items, or limit or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its content — including artwork, design, code, and trademarks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the license granted above, you receive no rights in the App. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as §§4, 8, 9, 10) will continue to apply.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App provider is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
